Clubhouse Attendant is responsible for: • Keeping the building clean, bathrooms included. • Setting up for events held inside work space. • Make guests feel welcome with positive attitude.

HOA Maintenance is responsible for: • Patrolling the property to report damages, keep roads and walkways clean. • Operating and maintaining pool pump during the summer. • Collaborating with contractors to address and resolve issues.

• Handling customer baggage, mail and freight with care, efficiently stacking them in cans or directly in the cargo pit of narrowbody aircraft. These items weigh anywhere from 1lb. To 100lbs. • Performing Saftey/Security checks on vehicles and aircraft and report issues. • Clearing work areas of FOD (Forigen Object Debris) • Responsibly and efficiently navigating congested roadways in order to deliver baggage and freight to the correct aircraft in a timely manner. • Operating under high stress during quick turns and successfully meet departure times. • Operating handheld scanner to receive assignment info, scan bags, and perform other tasks. • Working as a team or independently depending on the task.
